The Brisbane EKKA Royal Queensland Show (2021)
In 2021, the organisers of the Brisbane EKKA reached out to us for help with their set-up.
We were happy to help!
We arrived & stocked the event with 9 office chairs, an office desk, 12 microwaves, 6 bar fridges, 36 fridge freezers & 16 large chest freezers!
We were thrilled at the outcome and loved seeing it all come together as we installed the appliances.
Splendour in the Grass Festival (2022)
In 2022, Splendour in the Grass reached out to us to be their event supplier & help with setting up some fridges & freezers for their event.
They wanted to create a fun and accessible festival setting for the patrons while they watch & wait for the amazing line-up of artists to perform.
We were happy to work with them, and created a set up to suit their needs & their vision.
29 fridge freezers and 12 bar fridges were delivered & installed in total!
Promiseland Festival 2024
AA Rentals was lucky enough to work with Promiseland Festival as their event supplier in 2024!
We provided them with rental fridges & couches for each of the artists’ backstage break areas, so that they could be as comfortable as possible & ready for their amazing performances.
The event was a hit & we were so grateful for the opportunity to support the artists and the awesome event.
Major Festival Partnership (Since 2019 - Ongoing!)
Every year since 2019, we have partnered with Excel Hire as their event supplier to set up and provide event staff with furnished dongas for their utmost comfort while they manage the site during the festival.
We deliver and furnish over 100 portable accommodation units (dongas) on site prior to arrival – each stocked with a bed, quality bed linen including a doona and two pillows, and a bedside table for their convenience. We also provide fridge freezers and bar fridges for management and facilities use across the festival site.
We are really happy to be working with Excel Hire and look forward to working with them for the years to come!
